DESCRIPTION


We are looking for a Junior IT Help Desk to join our growing team!

 

Your daily tasks include:

  • You will provide 1st level of support to our global team for both software and hardware-related issues, ensuring efficient and effective problem resolution.
  • Educate users on how to use the IT infrastructure.
  • Execute IT procedures and tasks for employee’s onboarding and offboarding.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical challenges, focusing on identifying and addressing root causes.
  • Manage on-site networking tasks, warm-up points, port allocation to VLANs, office Wi-Fi maintenance, and effective network troubleshooting.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including configuration guides, process documentation, and knowledge base articles.
  • Document and maintain IT inventory, including hardware and software assets.
  • Contribute to on-call rotations, guaranteeing continuous assistance to a global team, including weekends and holidays.


REQUIREMENTS


  • English – High level – You can express yourself verbally by speaking and writing (a must).
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role - might be the army experience.
  • Having a basic knowledge of network protocols: IP, ARP, DHCP, DNS, HTTP, SMTP, SSL.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing OS issues across diverse platforms including Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS.
  • Cybersecurity awareness - If your passwords are 123456 and you hate MFA - this role may not be the best fit.
