DESCRIPTION

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, collection, payroll, and tax, across the company and its subsidiaries.
• Develop and implement the company's financial strategy in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate financial performance, prepare regular financial reports, and present findings to the board of directors.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
• Manage and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Enhance and implement financial and accounting system processes, tools, and controls.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with other departments, such as sales, operations, and HR, to ensure alignment and achieve financial objectives.
• Reporting to the CEO

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as the VP Finance or the leading finance professional in a high growth B2B tech company.
• Proven track record of at least 10 years in finance and accounting roles.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, CPA certified.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices.
• Experience navigating the financial, tax, regulatory and compliance frameworks of multiple subsidiaries.
• Excellent knowledge of the IFRS.
• Demonstrated ability to provide strategic financial guidance and influence decision-making at the executive level.
• Fluent English – writing and verbal skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with NetSuite platform. NetSuite implementation experience is an advantage.
• MBA or advanced degree - an advantage.
