DESCRIPTION

  • Take ownership and manage customer service issues and requests in a timely manner according to our SLA.
  • Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.
  • Perform initial request evaluation, registration and solution or assignment.
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
  • Full time role, working in shifts.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Able to establish and build customer loyalty by expressing empathy toward customers and providing solutions to meet our customer needs.
  • Problem – solving skills.
  • Able to work well in a team-based environment to accomplish assignments and achieve objectives.
  • Accuracy and high sense of responsibility.
  • Interest in mobile technologies and electronics, IoT and technologies in general.
  • Ability to work in shifts.
  • Call center experience is desirable.
  • Previous experience working with technical or customer technical support in telecommunications- -an advantage.
