Channel Manager

Sales USA (Remote) Full-time


  • Business Development/Recruiting Partners (resellers/referral).
  • Weekly client engagement to ensure strategic alignment. Includes pre-post sales topics/issues.
  • Partner enablement providing marketing collateral, and training for brand awareness.
  • Ability to project and create revenue attainment goals per account.
  • Contract management (creation/execution) ensuring internal/external alignment.
  • Ability to understand data usage trends.
  • Prepare and communicate monthly/quarterly reports, including weekly pipeline/PoC details to present current state and future strategies to leadership.
  • Manage opportunity registration/validation.


  • 5+ years of experience managing customer relationships at Enterprise level.
  • 5+ years of experience with pre-post sales.
  • Exceptional business acumen that demonstrates the ability to build business relationships to drive initiatives.
  • Proven track record working independently as well within team environment to achieve company objectives.
  • Demonstrate strategic, tactical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent Collaboration/Interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to take on and manage projects in a team environment with a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to analyze data trends and articulate findings.
  • 2-4+ year College degree preferred.
