Communicate with Webbing customers directly and via mass communication tools, distribute tasks on requests within the organization.
Perform Monitoring / Surveillance of products, services, and customer solutions.
Manage, coordinate, and communicate issues, incident and event handing within Webbing internal teams and vendors, suppliers.
To track and document all issues and resolutions in detail.

Degree in Telecommunications or IT (studies can still be in progress) - must

Previous experience working with technical support and troubleshooting in mobile technologies (mobile core & roaming) and/or familiar with mobile networks & technologies (2g, 3g, 4g, 5g structure and technology) - must
