DESCRIPTION

• Design, implement, and maintain Webbing’s data centers worldwide, including servers, storage, backup and security.
• Monitor systems and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for system administration and maintenance.
• Collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve inter-system issues.
• Continuously improve systems and processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
• Keep current with new technologies and industry trends.

REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years of experience as a System Administrator.
• 4+ years of hand-on Linux System Administration.
• Proficiency with Linux Redhat or Linux CentOS.
• Proficiency with Bash scripting.
• Hands on experience in VMware, vSphere, Vcenter.
• Experience with backup systems.
• Hands on experience with server hardware- network cards, rack setup.
• Understanding of IP networks.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with security and compliance (e.g. ISO 27001, SOC2, NIST, COBIT)-- an advantage.
• Experience with KVM – an advantage.
• Knowledge and experience with Windows System Administration, Active Directory- an advantage.
• Experience working with Telco equipment- an advantage.
• Certifications such as MCSE, VCP, or CCNA – an advantage.
