VAS System Owner

DESCRIPTION

As a VAS System Owner, you will:

• Focus on governance, performance, and lifecycle management of a specific systems utilized by Webbing
• Collaborate with webbing Product team to support new service and feature implementation within your managed systems.
• Collaborate with other Webbing teams to support service implementation, testing and process implementation within your managed systems.
• Collaborate with Webbing Security team ensure compliance with internal policies/regulations and manage data security risks.
• Act as the primary liaison for third-party vendors, manage user access/accounts, and organize user training.
• Vendor & User Management: Act as the primary liaison for third-party vendors, manage user access/accounts, and organize user training.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, telecommunications or a related field.
• Good understanding of common SaaS systems architecture and support processes.
• Good understanding of networking and telecommunications fundamentals.
• Good understanding and experience with SaaS system integrations and service testing.
• Good understanding of project management processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ownership mindset – ability to prioritize, communicate clearly and propose improvements.
• Experience with requirements and system documentation (manuals, user guides, configuration guides, etc.).
• Ability to work on-call and overtime.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong self-motivation with a proactive approach to continuous learning and professional development.
• Genuine interest in mobile technologies, IoT, and emerging technologies.
• High level of accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a global, cross-functional company environment.
