Assistant Controller

DESCRIPTION

Preparing consolidated financial statements (monthly, quarterly and yearly)
Assist with monthly and quarterly closing
Work with the Company's external auditors
Monitoring and reviewing the accuracy of financial data
Work with outsourced accounting for our subsidiaries
Cashflow management

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in preparing financial statements according to the IFRS
Experience with an audit of public traded companies
Experience with an audit of global tech companies
Excellent Excel skills
Bachelor’s degree in accounting
CPA from Big5 - an advantage
Fluent in English and Hebrew, Spoken/written
Time and tasks management skills, ability to meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Collaborative, open minded and able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Experience in a similar role as an assistant controller- an advantage
Experience in NetSuite – an advantage.
