Business Development Manager

Sales Europe (Remote) Full-time

DESCRIPTION

  • Build a plan for approaching best of breed customers in the Security and Alarm Industry vertical in the European Market.
  • Engage with, present for, and contract with main customers in the Security and Alarm industry vertical
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, identifying M2M/IoT pipeline opportunities and drive the customer sales engagement.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer requirements and shaping propositions around these requirements
  • Provide expert knowledge of key market drivers and regulatory issues in the mentioned industry vertical
  • Explain to potential customers what the IoT business can do for them
  • Ability to project and create revenue attainment goals per account. 
  • Prepare and communicate monthly/quarterly reports, including weekly pipeline/PoC details to present current state and future strategies to leadership.
  • Manage opportunity registration/validation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience managing relationships at Enterprise level in the European Security and Alarm Value Chain.
  • Exceptional business acumen that demonstrates the ability to build business relationships to drive initiatives.
  • Proven track record working independently as well within team environment to achieve company objectives. 
  • Demonstrate strategic, tactical, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent Collaboration/Interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to take on and manage projects in a team environment with a can-do attitude. 
  • A high social ability and are fearless when it comes to create new contacts and relationships.  
  • The ability to travel as needed to support all business development activities.
