Knowledge Management Lead

Sales Petah- Tikva, Israel Full-time

DESCRIPTION

We're looking for a sharp, proactive Knowledge Management Lead to take ownership of our internal documentation and knowledge ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of content, systems, and cross-team collaboration—ideal for someone who can bring clarity to chaos and turn scattered tribal knowledge into accessible, structured, and searchable content.

You’ll lead the effort to clean up and organize our existing documentation (primarily in Confluence), close gaps by working closely with teams across the company, and build a scalable structure that supports both human access and AI-powered tools. The goal is to ensure people can find the information they need—when they need it—and that our knowledge stays up to date and aligned across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit, organize, and maintain internal knowledge across platforms like Confluence, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Identify gaps and inconsistencies in documentation by collaborating with stakeholders across departments (Sales, Support, Product, etc.).
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear and accessible content tailored to various audiences.
  • Create, edit, and standardize documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and usability.
  • Establish and manage taxonomy, tagging, and governance standards for internal content.
  • Support implementation and validation of AI tools that use company knowledge to provide answers and insights.
  • Drive knowledge-sharing practices and ensure broad adoption across teams.
  • Assist with internal communications (newsletters, updates, pushes) to keep teams informed.
  • Oversee or coordinate updates to external-facing documentation and resources as needed.
  • Recruit and manage additional knowledge contributors or writers as required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years experience in knowledge management, technical writing, or a similar role in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Strong skills in information architecture, content structuring, and content lifecycle management.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with multiple teams and extract/process subject matter expertise.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Hands-on experience with documentation tools, and content management systems.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, enterprise search, or knowledge assistant platforms.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable managing projects, setting priorities, and driving initiatives with minimal oversight.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with API documentation and developer guides.
  • Background in telecom or IoT environments.
  • Multilingual abilities are advantageous.
  • Exposure to enterprise AI deployments or chatbot knowledge training.
