As a Logistics Representative at Webbing, you will be responsible for overseeing various logistics activities, inventory management, order processing (including exports and shipments), and customer backend setup within a platform developed by Webbing.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the customer order process.
Handling Webbing's inventory.
Reviewing and approving invoices.
Import/Export processes, and collaboration with local and global authorities.
Managing customer setup and any related changes.
Located in Romania (initially remote, with a future transition to hybrid work)
Work hours: 10:00-18:00

REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, match, pivot).
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Organized and detail orientated with excellent prioritization skills.
Experience in warehouse management/Supply chain/Operations coordinator - an advantage
Experience with import/ export shipments - an advantage
Understanding of mobile roaming flows – an advantage
Knowledge with ERP systems -an advantage
