DESCRIPTION

Webbing is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead and grow our sales efforts.

As a Director of Sales at Webbing, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales professionals, and driving revenue growth.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise customers.
  • Present, promote and sell M2M and IoT data connectivity solutions.
  • Understand customer needs, challenges, and pain points to tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Close strategic deals and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, to ensure alignment and maximize customer value.
  • Provide market feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 8+ years of experience and proven track record of success in B2B enterprise sales. Cellular, IOT or related tech sectors background are preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales leadership roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Strong understanding of enterprise-level sales processes and strategies.
  • Exceptional business acumen that demonstrates the ability to build business relationships to drive initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
